Ingredients
- 200 gram dates
- 100 gram cashew nuts
- 30 gram grated coconut
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter

Prevent the screen from locking
Combine dates, cashew nuts, grated coconut, cacao powder, peanut butter together in the blender and blend for 5 minutes until everything is wel combined and cut in small pieces.
Feel if the consistency is right, by pressing a bit of the mixture together. It should stick together, but not be supersticky to your fingers.
If too dry, add a bit more peanut butter. If too sticky, add some more nuts.
Make little date balls with your hands and place them on a plate.
Once the plate is full, place it in the fridge for the balls to harden. After an hour, you can put the balls safely in a jar without deforming them.
You can save the balls a few weeks in the fridge, although they probably won't last that long ;)
