Sweet potato brownie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled sweet potato
  • 30 gr protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 60 gr flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 gr dark chocolate
  • 50 gr extra chocolate
  • 50 gr grounded walnuts

Instructions

Prevent the screen from locking

1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C. 2. Add boiled sweet potato, protein powder, almond butter, flour, baking powder, cacao powder, salt together in the blender and blend until a smooth paste. 3. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it fully au-bain-marie. 4. Add the melted chocolate to the mix and blend it again. 5. Transfer the mix into a baking tin and crumble the extra chocolate and grounded walnuts on top. 6. Bake the brownie for 15 minutes and check with a toothpick if it's fully cooked. 7. Let it cool a bit before serving. Enjoy! Tip: for glutenfree option leave out the flour. Tip: use peanutbutter as a substitute for almond butter.
