Ingredients
- 200 gr cashew nuts
- 1 garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 lemon lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
1. Soak cashew nuts in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the cashews and transfer them to the blender.
3. Add garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper and blend for 3 minutes until it's a smooth paste.
4. Add more water if you want to make it more creamy.
Delicious on homemade sourdough bread!
You can store the spread in a container in the fridge for a few days.
