Ingredients
- 500 gr hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Bake the hazelnuts in the oven at 200 degrees.
When they're roasted, you can peel them more easily.
Blend the nuts until a creamy paste.
Mix them with cacao powder, maple syrup, salt, vanilla extract.
To make the paste more creamy, add more water until it is the right texture.
You can keep the vegan nutella for 1 week in the fridge.
