Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut-butter
- 1 cup pea protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbsp almond flower
- 1/2 cup cut walnuts

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Puree ripe bananas with a fork and mix it with peanut-butter.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl together: pea protein powder, baking powder, rolled oats, cacao powder, almond flower, cut walnuts.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and until a smooth consistency. If too sticky, add a little bit more of rolled oats.
Make little balls and place them on a baking-tray with baking paper, push them flat and bake them in the preheated oven for 13 minutes (180 degrees).
Turn the cookies around, flatten them and bake them another 2 minutes.
Let them cool down 20 minutes before serving.
Store in closed jar in the refrigerator for one week max.
TIP: you can add other ingredients for variations, such as: almonds, chocolate chips, goji berries, raisins, other protein powders.
