Ingredients
- 40 gr oats
- 30 gr chocolate protein powder
- 180 gr dates
- 3 tbsp peanut-butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp plant-based milk

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
1. Put the oats in the blender and add chocolate protein powder, dates, peanut-butter, salt, plant-based milk to the mix.
2. Blend until the dough is a smooth paste.
3. If the dough is too dry, add a bit more milk.
4. Roll the dough into small balls.
5. Place the balls onto a baking sheet and press them gently flat with a fork. The thicker the cookie, the softer the center will be.
6. Bake the cookies in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celcius, for 12 minutes.
7. Flip them and bake another 4 minutes.
8. Let them cool before serving.
9. Store them in an airtight container.
