Red Lentils Bread
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 bowl red lentils
- 1 tbsp salt
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp activated sourdough
- 1/4 glass olive oil
Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Soak red lentils for 36 hours.
Blend soaked red lentils (500 gr), salt, water, activated sourdough and olive oil.
Let rest for 30 minutes...
Put in an oven mold (budinera).
Add seeds on top (linnen, hemp, amapole, etc...) and a few drops more of olive oil
Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes to 35 minutes
