  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • salt
  • peper
  • oil
  • cheese
  • sundried tomato
  • marinated tofu
  • vedsla
Instructions

Mix egg with cooked quinoa, salt and peper Splash oil on a pan, and cook 5 minutes per side. Optional: Melt cheese on the second layer, add sundried tomato, marinated tofu and vedsla
