Tortilla de Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- salt
- peper
- oil
- cheese
- sundried tomato
- marinated tofu
- vedsla
Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Mix egg with cooked quinoa, salt and peper
Splash oil on a pan, and cook 5 minutes per side.
Optional:
Melt cheese on the second layer, add sundried tomato, marinated tofu and vedsla
