Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 glass water
Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Add oil to a pot.
Once the oil is hot, add diced onion, cook until translucent.
Add crushed ginger, crushed garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and stir.
Add chickpeas and water.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
