Ingredients

  • 1.5 gr oregano
  • 50 ml red wine vinegar
  • 4 garlic
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili flakes
  • sunflower oil

Prevent the screen from locking

First, place the oregano in a jar with red wine vinegar, let it sit for 5 minutes. For the provenzal, cut garlic and parsley, mix it together and add it to the jar. Add salt, pepper and chili flakes to the jar. Add sunflower oil till all the ingredients are covered. Stir a bit, and let it sit for 1 day in the fridge. This chimichurri lasts for a month in the fridge.
