Ingredients
- 100 gr mung beans
- 250 ml water
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp miso
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Soak mung beans overnight to make them more digestible.
Drain the mung beans.
Add them to the blender with water, nutritional yeast, miso, garlic, salt and pepper.
Blend for at least 2 minutes.
Transfer to a pot and cook until it becomes a think paste.
Transfer to a mold and let it cool until set.
