silken chocolate mousse

Ingredients
- 300 gr silken tofu
- 120 ml oat milk
- 30 ml maple syrup
- 200 gr dark chocolate

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Add silken tofu, oat milk, and maple syrup to a blender (but don't mix it yet).
Mince the dark chocolate, let it melt to bain-marie and add it to the blender.
Blend everything for 3 minutes.
Place it in cups or jars or a big bowl.
Cool down in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
