vegan mac and cheese

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic
- 100 gr cashew nuts
- 9 gr nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- salt
- pepper
- 250 gr macaroni
Materials

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Boil potatoes, a carrot, an onion and garlic for 15 minutes.
Transfer to a blender and add cashew nuts, nutritional yeast and water. Add salt and pepper at will.
Blend everything together, for at least 3 minutes.
Boil the macaroni, and once done, drain the water.
Transfer the paste into the macaroni.
