Terra Alta's Naan

This recipe was first crafted at Terra Alta, with the help of Kanika - expert naan baker - who was able to help out with the proportions that were first put together by Ellie :) This first trial was a recipe for around 40 naans, which took 3 people to knead and flatten the dough and 2 people to bake the naans onto a huge cast iron skillet in the fire. What an amazing experience! The fire and the team effort made the naan taste even more soulfull. I brought the measures down to a recipe for 2 naan and tried this at home. It was like bringing back a little bit of the Terra Alta soul when kneading the dough.
