Terra Alta's Naan

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- woile/chickpea-curry
Materials
- mixing bowl
- roller
- wine bottle
- frying pan
Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
1. Add your preferred flour to a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix it in with baking soda, salt.
3. Then add the wet ingredients: water, olive oil.
4. Knead the mix with your hands for at least 10 minutes until the dough is solid.
5. Add a bit more water if the mix is too dry or more flour if the mix sticks to your hands.
6. Make hand-sized balls with the dough.
7. Spread flower onto the kitchen counter or cutting board.
8. Flatten the naan by rolling a roller or wine bottle onto the dough ball.
9. Heat up the frying pan on high fire & add some olive oil in the pan.
10. Fry the bread for 5 minutes on each side, until the naan has a brown color.
You can experiment with other added spices, such as cumin, rosemary, thyme or mix in some crushed garlic.
The naan is delish with a woile/chickpea-curry or filled with hummus and grilled veggies!
Note: this recipe is for 2 naans.
